Despite being blessed/cursed with an overactive imagination (dark basements are always filled with monsters) I never properly started with roleplaying games until college. From then on, I was hooked. I've come to realize over the years, the urge to tell stories is especially strong in me, and roleplaying has proven an addictive outlet. Sitting around, telling interactive stories with a group of friends, was something I never knew I needed, but once I experienced it, I was aghast at how I had ever lived without it. That was over seven years ago, and I've been lucky enough to have a more or less consistance group during that time.
