Amy is kind of representing the beliefs of the talking heads staff in this comic. However quaint it may be, we believe in Sexual monogamy, and as result, so does the character Amy. She thusly feels guilty that, after making this commitment to Matt, having, uh, violated it by sleeping with Jewel.
Amy’s a good sort.
And to those who would call us prudes for clinging to what I’m sure you may call a Victorian attitude towards sex, shut up, and sit down…skanks.
